About the Role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation or financial litigation to join our team as a Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex financial services disputes and investigations, including banking litigation, defended mortgage litigation, international disputes, regulatory, fraud, trade finance, and receivership.

About the Team

You will be part of our award-winning commercial litigation practice, working with a range of clients across clearing banks, private banks, building societies, and niche lenders. Our team is known for its expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work on complex financial services disputes and investigations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
