Business Professor

A leading further education provider in Derbyshire is seeking a full-time Business lecturer to join their academic team.

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on Business subjects, focusing primarily on OCR Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
• Design and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, exams, and other assessment methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the Business curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and academic performance.
• Ensure compliance with the institution's policies, procedures, and standards.

• A relevant degree in Business or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in teaching Business subjects, preferably at further education level.
• Strong knowledge of OCR Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
