Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Growth Specialist to join our team at Interflora. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to accelerate our online community growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to understand brand and trade objectives and develop an effective content plan that aligns with our business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer social media consumption trends and demands to inform our content strategy and ensure we are meeting the needs of our target audience.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our social media advertising budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise and knowledge of the social media landscape and platforms.
  • Experience in developing and delivering social media strategies for consumer brands that have driven significant growth in reach and engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in working within ecommerce brands.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Third-party agency management experience.
