About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at MRJ Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's future and driving its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up to date with the latest Ruby on Rails and web development technologies
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
