About the Role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our high-performing FS business based in West Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Client work, with a minimum of 4+ years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of files, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, CoP, and Trusts.
  • Work closely with the Accounts and Financial Planning team, as well as external lawyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial acumen.
Requirements
  • Solicitor of 4+ PQE with a background in Private Client work.
  • Strong sense of commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work proactively within a team and autonomously when required.
