About The Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Sales Executive to join our team at AO. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial part in keeping our customers protected by offering a handy insurance plan that covers household appliances from accidental damage and breakdowns. If you've got a knack for closing sales and a passion for customer care, we want to hear from you

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You'll be working in a fast-paced and high-volume sales environment where you'll be on a dialler making over 60 calls a day. Our customers will be ready to speak to within days of them placing their orders online, and you'll be responsible for sharing the many perks of our AO Care insurance plan and getting them on board. You'll take a consultative approach with our customers, using your exceptional sales ability and fact-finding skills to get the best results.

  • You'll have the drive to hit your goals, both in and out of work.
  • You'll be highly money-motivated and love working towards weekly sales targets.
  • You'll be super resilient and have a positive mindset, being able to turn past failings into lessons for success.
  • You'll have exceptional sales ability and can effectively fact-find and pitch with passion.
