We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education Recruitment Consultant in our Tunbridge Wells office.
As a leading education recruitment consultancy, we provide teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day. Our consultants work closely with schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, and placing them into roles.
The role requires a mix of skills, including meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, and contract negotiation. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service to both schools and candidates.
About the Role:
- Work with Primary, Secondary, and SEN Schools across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas
- Meet schools, advertise positions, interview candidates, and place them into roles
- Excellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 months
- Financial incentives, including commission
- Based in a large, friendly office
About You:
- Ideal candidate will have a successful sales consultant or recruitment consultant background (any sector)
- Dedicated to excellent customer service
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Career-focused
