Job Description

Perth and Kinross Council is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their Housing Compliance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the regulatory obligations and statutory requirements of cyclical servicing and maintenance of the Council's housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Servicing and Maintenance contracts for the Council's housing stock
  • Lead and manage these contracts to ensure high standards of statutory compliance, servicing, and related repairs
  • Ensure houses meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard, including the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH), and the locally agreed Perth and Kinross Housing Standard

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of working in a compliance environment within housing, property, or construction
  • Strong track record of successful project delivery and project management
  • Experience of project management and project planning techniques
  • Knowledge of building construction and contract documentation
  • CDM Regulations and Principal Designer training
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
