About the Role

At IG, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of management accounts and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assistance with tax compliance work, including preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Supporting client managers with portfolio management, including analysis and interpretation of financial data.
  • Supporting clients with the transition to cloud accounting, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Supervising and supporting colleagues who are studying towards their qualifications, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

  • ACA and ACCA Qualified or Part-qualified.
  • Experience working in practice, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Xero, a cloud-based accounting software, is highly desirable.
