Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Reception and Facilities Administrator to provide support to our client in Midlothian. This is a temporary role for at least 6 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to visitors and staff, handling all incoming calls, queries, and mail.
  • Support the Facilities team with Health and Safety checks, ordering office supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation and running of meetings and events, including providing refreshments.
  • Develop strong relationships with the wider team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Reception role, with exposure to Facilities.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Solid IT skills and a willingness to learn.
