Position Overview:
The Best Connection is actively seeking dedicated Night Cold Store Pickers to become integral members of our client's workforce.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours:

Compensation:
£15.04 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Cold Store Picker, your daily tasks will include:
  • Assisting in the order picking process utilizing 'pick by voice' technology
  • Safely managing manual handling equipment
  • Working within a cold storage environment, maintaining temperatures of -21 degrees; necessary equipment will be supplied
  • Following health and safety regulations in line with company standards

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is essential
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Adaptability, particularly during high-demand periods
  • Completion of an Alcohol and Drug Test prior to employment
