We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and developing existing customers across the UK while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.
- Develop customer accounts with a focus on cost efficiency and manage tender processes.
- Contribute to budgeting and margin analysis in conjunction with relevant departments and colleagues.
- Monitor the implementation of services according to specifications and develop KPI coordination within internal departments.
- Coordinate sub-contractor activities, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
- Construct and assist with the sales pricing for UK services.
- Construct and manage the UK Development Budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales and other department leads.
- Participate in UK activity tenders and contribute to the development of internal data sharing and reporting of commercial activities.
- Implement competitive intelligence on the logistics market and identify potential markets and new products.
- Experience working closely with customers to deliver service-driven solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of success in a sales or commercial management role within the services sector.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and margin analysis.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with competitive market analysis.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
