Role Overview:
This position is integral to the Management and Logistics team within the automotive industry.

The daily responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, primarily focusing on the procurement, transportation, logistics, warehousing, and distribution of diverse automotive components from suppliers to clients.


Given the compact nature of the team, duties will range from managing logistics and liaising with customers and suppliers to compiling monthly sales reports.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Execute a comprehensive range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient functioning of the Supply Chain Management team.
  • Provide assistance and cover for fellow administrators as needed, ensuring that the service functions are delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage all visits, meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that resources are adequately allocated.
  • Contribute to ongoing progress assessments and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Record and report basic financial and logistics information.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Competent in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and utilize initiative for problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, interacting with personnel from various functional areas and backgrounds.
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay Scale:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 annually

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role (preferred)
