We own and operate 7 properties in the UK, including Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, and Fraser Residence, as well as Park International Hotel. These properties are located in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, offering guests a comfortable and luxurious experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Concierge at Fraser Suites Queens Gate. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the Front Office team to ensure the smooth-running of the department and handle guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure the smooth-running of the department, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing room assignments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the Front Office area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
