Health Advisor/Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Advisor/Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sexual reproductive healthcare to patients accessing our sexual health service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, non-judgmental sexual health care to patients, demonstrating professional and ethical responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with peers to deliver effective care and promote independence.
- Manage pathology results and ensure patients receive information, advice, treatment, and support when diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and nursing students, and take an active role in the leadership and management of the nursing team.
