Valet - Vehicle Preparation Specialist

About the Role
The Valet will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for customer collection by washing, vacuuming, cleaning, and polishing using approved materials and equipment.
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in a clean and tidy condition, with clean upholstery and carpets, and that any damage or cleanliness issues are reported to the reception team.
- Report any accidents or incidents to the Bodyshop Manager without delay.
- Confirm any damage or cleanliness issues with the reception team.
- Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to the position and working environment.
- Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on the job card.
Requirements
- Full driving license with the correct classification to carry out duties.
- Logistics experience.
- Experience of vehicle appraisal.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills should be of an excellent standard.
- Attention to detail.
- The right attitude to get the job done.
- Time management at each booking is essential.
