Head of Data

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly skilled Head of Data to join their team. This is a remote first role with travel to client sites and the Birmingham office roughly 1 day per month.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of intelligent data solutions to meet business objectives and company strategy. This will involve working with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet them. The Head of Data will also be responsible for developing the company's data strategy and supporting capabilities, including building a high-caliber team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a data leadership role
  • Experience in both Data Analytics and Engineering
  • Ability to create and deploy innovative and scalable data solutions for clients
  • Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning, and visualization
  • Proficiency in data analytics languages such as SQL, Python, and R or similar
  • Experience with intelligent data stacks like AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Azure Databricks, and Apache Kafka
  • Ability to work independently and manage multi-disciplinary remote teams
