Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled Fire Door Installation and Maintenance professional to join our team at Highgrove Recruitment Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out fire door installations, refurbishments, and maintenance work to the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of existing fire-rated doors to identify any repairs or replacements needed.
  • Install and maintain fire-rated door hardware, including locks, hinges, closers, and panic devices.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including fire ratings, smoke sealing, and door clearances.
  • Maintain accurate records of door installations, repairs, and inspections.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  • Travel to multiple sites as required.
Requirements:
  • UK Driving License (required)
  • All aspects of fire door installation and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of fire safety regulations, carpentry techniques, and possess strong attention to detail.
  • Health & Safety awareness, and safe working
  • Fire Door installation trained / qualified - Desirable.
