Your Role
Belfast Central Mission (BCM) is a recognized charity leading the way in social care initiatives and enterprises throughout Northern Ireland. Our dedicated team of over 300 staff and volunteers provides essential services to individuals in need across the region.

Tafelta Rise offers supported accommodation for thirteen at-risk young individuals aged 16-21 for a duration of up to two years.

We assist young people transitioning from care or facing homelessness, guiding them towards securing suitable housing while delivering both practical and emotional support.

Some residents may arrive with complex backgrounds that can include self-harm, trauma, social isolation, financial hardship, and challenges in building relationships or trust, often displaying behaviors linked to their experiences.

What We Require
A minimum of one year’s experience in supporting groups and/or individuals in either a paid or voluntary capacity.

Possession of a full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle with class 1 business/car insurance to facilitate the transportation of service users.

Alternatively, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform the job functions effectively.
