We are seeking a highly skilled Production Chemist to join our team in a GMP-certified facility. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment according to GMP guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Document and report on production activities and outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Degree in a life science subject (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
- Ideally, some work experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Work-Life Balance: With this unique shift pattern, you'll work only 11 days out of every 28, giving you a full week off every other week to recharge and pursue personal interests.
