* 70% credit control duties, including approving late fee applications, collecting overdue debts, and resolving customer queries
* 30% process improvement and implementation, working to standardize all processes
* Supporting and coaching 5 direct reports, ensuring they follow best practices
* Performing root cause analysis to identify gaps in processes
* Reducing backlog of overdue payments

Key Skills:

* Experience managing a small team
* Strong experience as a lead within a credit control setting
* Previous experience with process implementation and improvement
* Understanding of litigation and small claims court trigger points
