Position Overview

This role is designated as a Clinical Advisor, yet the selected individual will function as a Clinical Practitioner.

Job Summary

This position entails a commitment of 30 hours per week, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be instrumental in assisting our clients through our 24-hour support line, offering guidance before and after treatment, advising on subsequent steps, and facilitating referrals for additional care when necessary. Within our nurturing team environment, you will educate clients via phone, concentrating on their aftercare requirements to ensure that every client feels acknowledged and supported.

We will provide customized training to empower you in delivering safe and effective aftercare for abortion and vasectomy procedures. You can expect to excel in a dynamic, client-focused setting that encourages the development of your clinical and professional capabilities.

This is a hybrid position, requiring the successful candidate to be present on-site for a duration of up to 6 weeks during the training phase.
