Construction Director

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our client's team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout the project.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the commercial and operational team to advise of progress and changes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction or fit-out company.
- Extensive knowledge of construction practices and health and safety legislation.
- Strong management skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
