Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Investment Bank - London

A leading global Investment Bank based in London is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive regulatory reporting in accordance with COREP and FINREP requirements.
  • Prepare and submit timely monthly and quarterly reports to regulatory bodies, including the FCA and ACDPR.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in regulatory returns under IFPR, CRDV, and CR11.
  • Provide technical guidance on accounting issues, regulatory information, and research to internal stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality data for preparing and reviewing regulatory reports.
  • Communicate best practices and procedures to ensure effective financial control and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with policy changes and updates to regulatory requirements, communicating these to the team in a timely manner.
  • Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with the company's internal controls policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in regulatory reporting within a large Financial Institution.
  • Advanced subject matter expertise in COREP and FINREP.
