Job Title: Scientist/Senior Scientist - In-vitro Drug Development (Cancer Biology/ADC)

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our dynamic team in the In-vitro Drug Development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-vitro work for our drug development pipeline, working with and monitoring CRO/CDMOs for in-vivo work, and contributing to literature reviews, data analysis, and writing reports and manuscripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-vitro work for drug development, including cell culture, tissue culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, Western blot, and internalization assays.
  • Work with and monitor CRO/CDMOs for in-vivo work, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to literature reviews, data analysis, and writing reports and manuscripts, including candidate selection and contributions to clinical development and regulatory submissions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • PhD in a related scientific field, such as molecular biology, cancer biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • 2+ years post-PhD experience, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Molecular biology skills, including cell culture, tissue culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, Western blot, and internalization assays.
  • Strong expertise in cancer biology, including experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
  • Experience interacting with CDMO/CRO organizations.
  • Solid understanding of biochemistry, particularly antibody engineering, antibody technologies, and HPLC.
