Position Overview

Nelson Permanent Placements is currently collaborating with a distinguished global manufacturing firm seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Technician to become a permanent member of their team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the operational efficiency of robotic welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Core Duties Include:
  • Setting up and operating robotic welding machinery.
  • Maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness (5S) in all work areas and on all equipment.
  • Working a total of 39 hours per week on a rotating two-week shift schedule:
    • Shift 1: Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 2 PM and Friday from 6 AM to 1 PM.
    • Shift 2: Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 10 PM and Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM.
