Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
  • Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stir up success by driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Craft new recipes and menus to energize your team and delight our customers.
  • Keep standards high by maintaining excellent espressos and monthly coffee excellence scores.
