  • Work as part of a team to develop and/or optimize cell-based potency analytical procedures.
  • Perform regular maintenance of suspension and adherent cells in culture, including cell counting using automated cell counters and supporting the generation and maintenance of cell banks.
  • Undertake method qualification/validation as per project requirements.
  • Perform regular instrument maintenance when required.
  • Attention to detail, maintain accurate and clearly written laboratory notebooks.
  • Perform regular stock checks of reagents and consumables.
  • Compile development reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in technology transfers, including providing training on analytical procedures as per project requirements.
