Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Recognise and report concerns of abuse, harm, or neglect, and participate in safeguarding training.
  • Contribute to the development of our residents' care plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
