Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for the telemetry SaaS solution troubleshooting software issues.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues through analysis of product logs, configuration files providing timely resolution and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to investigate and resolve technical issues to enhance product reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software platforms and their integration with cloud environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software platforms remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platform experience.
  • Software development skills in C/C++, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and IT infrastructure monitoring tools such as Nagios or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of Linux or equivalent command line interfaces.
  • REST API configuration experience.
  • Database experience with SQL.
  • Networking and server infrastructure knowledge.
  • Telco, IT Networks experience.
