As a leader within our organization, you will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of your branch and team, delivering best-in-class service and meeting, if not exceeding, all branch target expectations and retail network objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Report to the Branch Operations Manager, lead by example, and advocate for the business and Acorn values.
- Team Performance: Play a key role in driving branch and wider retail network success, demonstrating high-level leadership and management of direct reports.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report on performance in line with business expectations, in written, verbal, or presentation format.
- Process Implementation: Implement department KPIs with a firm focus on exceeding targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences, timely and effective resolution, administrative tasks, and workload management.
- Training and Development: Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new team processes and assist with the design and delivery of Taxi Department training.
- Recruitment and Resource Planning: Hold and lead interviews for candidates applying for branch vacancies, responsible for resource and succession planning of branch team.
- Coaching and Development: Staff coaching/training to develop team members within their role, support career aspirations, and ad-hoc support as required.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality across the team (Compliance/Auditing), providing corrective feedback (ORCA) and resolution as required within company-set timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure team complete all regulatory (FCA) tests – Acorn mandatory E-Learning within set time constraints.
