Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting repair/renewal work across multiple trades, accurately identifying when additional trades are required for successful completion.
  • Promptly informing your Supervisor of any necessary involvement from other trades.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow operatives to achieve project goals.
  • Meticulously completing daily work sheets that detail the tasks performed and materials utilized after each job.
  • Maintaining a timely and productive workflow to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to client representatives throughout every interaction.
  • Adhering strictly to Wates' Health & Safety Professional Standards, including a steadfast commitment to the company's safeguarding policy for children and vulnerable adults.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Proven work experience within a joinery setting.
