We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at NHS Borders.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality psychological services to adults in the Scottish Borders.
As a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and consulting with patients, as well as providing training and supervision to multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with severe and enduring mental health problems.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including Survive and Thrive and DBT courses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide consultation, supervision, and training.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of psychology-led primary care therapy services.
