We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic Residential Property Department. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Conveyancer to take on a new challenge and work with a respected Lexcel and CQS accredited firm. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and shared ownership leases
• Provide expert advice to clients on residential property matters
• Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in residential property law and regulations
