As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our 24/7 food manufacturing operation, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and alignment with our customer delivery strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong collaborative leadership within the factory, leading matrixed teams and providing visionary leadership to develop long and short-range objectives for the manufacturing unit.
- Accountability: Full accountability for the delivery of all KPIs for the site, including financial performance, production optimization, and quality control.
- Strategic Decision Making: Continuously evaluating the structural impact of strategic decisions on operational delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are fully up-to-speed on any possible negative impact.
Requirements:
