About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee our Birmingham Distribution Centre.
In this position, you will serve as a vital connection between the supervisory team and warehouse personnel, providing immediate hands-on leadership and oversight to ensure optimal performance and meticulous attention to detail in a safe and organized setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, prioritize, and delegate warehouse tasks to meet service level expectations consistently.
- Effectively manage and monitor productivity within the warehouse team to achieve both contractual and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee all aspects of staff operations within the depot, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled as required while promoting high standards of work among employees.
Compensation
Annual salary of £25,000.
Working Schedule
Monday to Tuesday: 16:00 - 01:00
Wednesday: 16:00 - 00:00
Thursday: 16:00 - 23:30
Friday: 16:00 - 22:30
Alternate Sundays: 07:00 - 12:00
