We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant, working closely with students who require additional support.

Role Overview:
  • As a Psychology Graduate, you will acquire invaluable experience in a school environment as a Teaching Assistant focused on Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Engage with students through individualized and small group sessions to foster their development.
  • Experience a fulfilling role that contributes positively to children with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language challenges.
  • Perfect for those aspiring to pursue a career in Educational or Clinical Psychology.
  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive weekly salary ranging from £480 to £510, paid on a PAYE basis.
In this role, you will support children with Education Health Care Plans, providing essential assistance to those who are vulnerable.

Typically, Psychology Graduates engage in this role for a year to enhance their experience and understanding of working with at-risk youth, with potential opportunities for continued employment thereafter.
