Data Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. As a Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across our clinical systems.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and provide data analysis and reporting services.
- Design and implement data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on data quality and data governance best practices.
- Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience in advanced Excel use for data storage, organization, and reporting.
- Experience working in an Information Management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
