We are seeking dedicated Support Specialists to join our compassionate team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a variety of shifts available, including driving responsibilities.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate starting at £10.05, with additional pay for weekend shifts.
Employment Type:
Permanent, Full Time and Part Time options available.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
1. Facilitating social interactions and community engagement, encouraging hobbies and personal interests.
2. Providing physical assistance, including help with household chores and personal care.
3. Supporting the development of life skills, such as budgeting and shopping.
4. Implementing and delivering personalized support plans tailored to individual needs.
Training and Development:
No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to equip you with the essential skills to excel in this role.
Requirements:
A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this position.
