We are on the lookout for a driven Senior Financial Client Manager who is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our financial services consistently surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
Your Key Contributions
As the Senior Financial Client Manager, you will maintain regular and meaningful communication with your accounting team, property managers, tenants, and clients, ensuring that financial documentation is not only precise but also delivered in a timely manner. Your collaboration with the accounts and Property Management teams will be essential in providing outstanding service and nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising an accounting team to deliver client accounting services within set KPIs.
- Serving as an escalation point for the team, both internally within Property Management Teams and externally for clients.
- Leading and managing Client Accountants, Assistant Client Accountants, and Accounts Administrators to ensure timely completion of tasks that meet internal and client KPIs.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and communication.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to client KPIs and company procedures.
- Reviewing departmental controls to meet both client and internal KPIs.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Managing client relationships, leading projects, and driving client initiatives.
- Resolving client and tenant inquiries.
- Performing any other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the accounting department.
