We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Facilitator to join our Motor Vehicle department at Harrogate College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning resources, schemes of work, and assessment plans.
- Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop their skills and achieve their targets, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with learners, providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Use and promote restorative practice approaches, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and has a strong background in the motor vehicle industry. You will be an excellent communicator, able to inspire and motivate learners, and have a willingness to gain a CertEd qualification.
