The Role: Part-Time Primary Teacher (SP1)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Primary Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners by providing high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, particularly Key Stage 2.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants to create a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/carers.
  • Contribute to the school's strategic vision by participating in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching across the primary phase, with a focus on Key Stage 2.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
