We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in Critical Care, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in our state-of-the-art critical care unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures

Requirements
