What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, a strong understanding of property development, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects that meet our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that value for money is achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally in the property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of property development principles, including planning, design, and construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
