We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reprographics Assistant to join our team at Dunbar Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality reprographic services to support the delivery of outstanding education.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a comprehensive printing, finishing, and photocopying service for all school departments.
- Prioritize and manage workload to ensure the efficient delivery of reprographic services.
- Prepare orders for printing and photocopying supplies, maintaining effective stock control.
- Monitor paper and copier usage, collaborating with departments to minimize costs.
- Utilize relevant ICT packages including Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Liaise with IT staff regarding maintenance and operation of reprographic equipment.
