About the Role:
As a Production Operative at our Mells facility, you will be integral to the streamlined production of premium concrete goods, contributing to the UK's foremost concrete product manufacturer.

In this capacity, referred to internally as Operations Team Member, your responsibilities will include operating manual handling tools, powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. Emphasis on safety, quality, waste management, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is paramount in our operational environment.


Your work schedule will consist of a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday (6am—2pm), with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays (6am—2pm). Flexibility in shift patterns is required.

Success in this role necessitates familiarity with a Manufacturing Production Plant, meticulous attention to detail, a solid command of English, and a foundational understanding of OEE principles. Additional qualifications such as IOSH certification and an accredited Forklift Truck (FLT) license are beneficial.
