Back of House Team Member

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at Everyman Cinema Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for food, customer service, and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work varied shifts and meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
