Job Title: Finance Manager

Join Channel 4 as a Finance Manager and play a key role in leading the Management Accounts Reporting & Control team. This team is responsible for consolidating and reporting the periodic management accounting requirements across all close periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the consolidated YTD management accounts for all of C4
  • Manage the team who deliver accurate, timely and comprehensive, consolidated reporting packs
  • Build close working relationships with the FP&A team and respective SFM Finance Business Partners
  • Mentor the MA's and AMA's directly managed to improve their understanding of their roles and performance
  • Review and approval of all reporting packs and narratives in relation to area managed
Requirements:
  • Financial qualification with 3+ years relevant, post qualified management accounting experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing consolidated management accounts teams and processes in relatively large and/or complex organisations
  • Experience of recognised financial information system, preferably Oracle and Workday
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel Skills and intermediate Word / Powerpoint
