About the Role

This position offers the opportunity for autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and collaboration with a great team. You will work closely with our Physical Therapy assistants to provide excellence in patient care, giving you the chance to spend quality time with each patient. Our flexible schedule allows you to balance your professional career with your personal life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with our Physical Therapy assistants to achieve patient goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy license
  • WA Drivers license with acceptable abstract
  • Dependable vehicle with insurance (mileage reimbursement)
  • Current CPR card
