Bus Driver Trainee

Job Summary:
As a Bus Driver Trainee at Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, you will have the opportunity to start your career in transportation and become a skilled Bus Driver. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete our comprehensive training program to obtain a PCV license
- Work with a mentor to gain hands-on experience
- Develop strong customer service skills to provide excellent service to our passengers
- Work a rotating shift pattern of 5 days in 7, with mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Participate in ongoing CPC training to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have a UK driving license and at least 6 months of driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your license
- Pass an English comprehension test
- Have great people skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
